Speedy Recruiting L.L.C. acts in good faith in its business relations, with the intent of placing qualified and energetic teachers in good teaching situations in the city of Busan, South Korea. Managed by former American teachers, successful business owners, and knowledgeable Korean school managers, we believe we exceed the qualifications needed to assist you in this goal.
We are not part of a particular school franchise that could compromise our intentions. Instead, we act as a liaison and ongoing support system between Busan schools and teachers.
We will not make promises that can not be kept, or attempt to mislead applicants.
By law, our ability to negotiate contracts with teachers relies solely on a school's written expressed permission of us to do this on the school's behalf. Without this granted authority, if you (the teacher) have questions about modifying any aspect of a contract, we will relay this information to the school and wait for them to make the change if they choose to do so.
To us, our commitment to help teachers over the duration of their contract if needed is our duty and responsibility. If your email is in our system, you will not be ignored.
By Common Law, an agent or recruiter is neither liable nor entitled to enforce a contract he makes on behalf of his principal. Once you are hired, it is your responsibility to uphold your end of the agreement, and the school's to uphold theirs.
As we aim to secure teaching positions only in reputable and responsible schools, please notify us of any school that you do not think has these qualities, and tell us why.
